Pre-Bid Onsite Meeting

These meetings are a forum to disseminate both important and even unusual project information, as well as answer any initial questions that might pop up. We will also work among the contractors to generate interest in the project to the end of increasing competition among bidders.

It’s a key opportunity for the Contractors to gather information, giving them the chance to make the most accurate, competitive bid possible. During a pre-bid conference essential information will be discussed including:

• Useful background information on the history of a project, providing important context of its development
• A tour of the site

It is important as a contractor to know all of the conditions that may affect your bid. The pre-bid conference is a valuable tool in the bidding process.
