Vicki Fulfer, President

Ms. Fulfer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. She brings a common sense, “hands-on” approach, and provides clients with accurate diagnoses and practical cost saving solutions to their roofing needs. She has a proven track record of showing property owners how to save money by preserving existing roof assemblies when possible and providing functional, practical re-roofing options when required. It is her goal to help an owner make the most informed, educated and economical decisions when roofing questions arise.

Vicki attended Butler University and takes continuing education courses to stay current in the industry. In the past, she worked for some of the area’s largest transportation companies, Santa Fe Rail Road (now Burlington Northern Santa Fe, BNSF) and American Airlines. She’s been in the roofing industry for 15 years.

Mark Fulfer, VP of Operations

Mr. Fulfer is in charge of the inspection, specification design and quality control. He brings more than 35 years experience in the roofing industry and has performed several hundred visual roof condition evaluations and moisture surveys throughout Texas and the Southwest on facilities ranging in size from under 1,000 square feet to nearly 1,000,000 square feet. His working knowledge of the different roofing manufacturers, roofing materials and methods of roofing construction is one of the strengths our team brings to your projects. He is proficient at writing specifications for roof repairs, roof system replacement, preventative maintenance and restoration programs.

Mark has been the principal roof consultant for TXU Energy, Oncor and various other industrial and commercial projects. He worked with the HEB School District, providing recommendations for repairs and roof replacements, developed a maintenance program, and provided budget estimates. During his previous employment with American Techtonics, he pioneered several non-destructive investigative roof analysis techniques such as moisture probe analysis and infrared photography surveys. He trained the roofing crews and supervised work throughout the State of Texas for all State Highway Department Facilities. He served as the Manager of Technical Services for the roofing department of DuBois Chemicals throughout the Southwest Region.

Mr. Fulfer owned and operated Roof Maintenance Specialist for 15 years. In prior years, he has worked as technical supervisor, manufacturer’s representative, roof consultant, and a laborer. He has developed an extensive technical relationship with many roofing system manufacturers.

Jim Perry, Insurance Claims Consultant

Jim Perry handles insurance claim disputes for insurance companies and policy holders. He is not an attorney, however this process must happen prior to any lawsuit being filed in District Court. His qualifications uniquely place him in a position to assist companies & individuals in the proper adjustment of the loss.

He is licensed in 13 states as a commercial & residential property claims adjuster. He is certified to adjust flood losses for the National Flood Insurance Program and certified by the California Earthquake Authority to handle earthquake claims. He is also certified by Texas Windstorm Insurance Association to handle coastal hurricane claims. He has worked as a specialist in this field for 16 years from California to New York & from Florida to Michigan.

Mr. Perry has experience in adjusting losses including floods, foundation claims, windstorms, fires, hail & hurricanes. His professional fee is negotiated based on the loss locations, and the facts & size of the loss. He has a 95% WIN track record on these cases over the last 16 years.
