Project: Roof Replacement – Multi Ply Asphalt & Gravel BUR Roof
Summary: Extreme leaking was occurring in all areas of this shopping center. The property owner lives in Canada and had depended on local roofers for all his repairs. Several Cap Sheets had been laid over the Original Roof and even the expansion joint. This caused dozens of large blisters where the moisture was trapped between the roofs. A/C condensate lines were unconnected, ponding was occurring and the insulation was wet and rotted.
We provided extensive photographs detailing all areas of concern including code violations in our roof report and recommendations to the owner. Working with the out of town owner, we designed a custom roof specification for their specific problems and budget. Through our Network of Contractors we provided three competitive bids for the owners. We coordinated all phases of the project; working with the mangers of each store in the shopping center to ensure a safe environment without disruption to the customers.
The Owners received a 15 Year NDL Transferable Warranty, a durable maintenance free long term roof and peace of mind knowing we were on the roof coordinating every detail for a headache free project.
